The Capoeira Angola is the capoeira which was developed by the African Slaves in Brazil. It recieved its name from the old Portugalise Colony : Angola ( the homeland of the slaves ). Capoeira Angola was developed in Brazil : wrestling/ fight for freedom.

It was the way of life for the deprived slaves of times gone by... Now the wrestling, dancing and music of the African Slaves can be seen here demonstrated by the club "ACAMCA BORDEAUX" ( which is associated with ACAMCA from BRASIL) in Montalivet.
