This beautiful Medoc farmhouse is situated in the quiet hamlet of La Meugine. ( A 15 minute bike ride to the village of Vendays Montalivet).
This hoiliday villa is set in 10.000 m2 of wooded land with a Victory Oak Tree (planted in 1789) dominating the front garden is the ideal holiday base from where you can explore the Medoc region.
This charming Medoc farm house close to the vineyards, newly renovated, with spacious accommodation, retains many of the original features including open stone work, exposed beams and an original stone fireplace.

The holiday house has a large salle de sejour with open fireplace, oak table, leather sofa and comfortable chairs.

The kitchen integrated in the salle de sejour is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge/ freezer, cooker, microwave and coffee machine.

The farm house has 4 large bedrooms, which are light, airy and spacious
Bedroom 1- (Ground floor) This is the master bedroom with double bed over looking the front garden.
Bedroom 2 - (2nd floor) contains twin beds
Bedroom 3 - (2nd floor) contains twin beds
Bedroom 4 - (2nd floor) contains twin beds
( The sofa bed on the landing allows the house to accommodate a further person or couple if needed.)

The locked equipment store with washing machine is designed to hold surfboards and wet suits..
